Thank you for visiting and shopping at Lifenera. The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Processing

     All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

     Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

     Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing tracking information.

2. Shipping Times

We work with global fulfillment partners to ensure timely delivery. Delivery time may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note that unexpected delays may occur due to high shipping volume, customs inspections, or unforeseen logistical issues. Lifenera is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Free standard shipping is available on orders over $50 USD.

  • For orders under this amount, a flat rate of $4.95 USD applies.

  • Expedited shipping is not available at this time.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Lifenera has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days after dispatch, please contact us at support@lifenera.com with your order number.
Claims for lost shipments must be submitted within 45 days of the shipment date. Lifenera will not be liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer will not be refunded or reshipped.
